PRIGM Specifications

The Prigm HSM is an advanced cryptographic device which is developed as a consequence of pure scientific research and strong theoretical background including advanced cryptography, vulnerability analysis and time-series analysis. As published, patented and awarded, the Prigm HSM applies very advanced techniques to generate random numbers in a very fast and accurate way so that it brings practical advantages to any cryptosystem where needed. The hardware-based truly random number generation scheme strengthens the Prigm HSM in such a way that it can generate truly random, unpredictable, and irreproducible bit streams which are used for robust key generation. The advanced time-series analysis techniques are used for both truly random number generation and vulnerability analysis to assure the reliability and uniqueness of the cryptographic keys.

The major security features provided by the Prigm HSM are as follow:

  • Identification and Authentication
  • Authorization and Access Control
  • Secure Administration
  • Audit Function
  • Self-Test and Data Integrity Protection
  • Physical Protection
  • Secure Software Update
